Automating the Multichannel Acquisition Process
Neurolucida lets you automate the repetitive tasks related to hardware adjustments during multichannel acquisition.
Automation is achieved by setting up Device Command Sequences that can be used for all your acquisitions or for specific operations (Acquire Image Stack, Acquire Multichannel Image, Acquire Virtual Tissue).
How do I automate tasks for the acquisition of multichannel images?
- Set up Device Command Sequences for your channels.
- Click Acquisition>Acquire Setup.
- Select the middle Multichannel Acquires tab.
